We offer premium services through subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) or one-time payments. These subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled before the renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew until you decide to cancel them. This means that unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date, your service plan will automatically renew and the corresponding payment will be processed. To avoid unwanted charges, it is essential to cancel the subscription through the payment settings before the next billing cycle.
Uninstalling the app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You will continue to be charged until the subscription is manually cancelled in the respective store.
After the end of the 3-day free trial period, no refunds will be made for charges incurred. If you want to avoid charges, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple Pay or Google Pay. After cancellation, you maintain access until the end of the already paid period. All payments are non-refundable. Details for cancellation can be found on the Apple support page and the Google support page.
We offer a free trial for premium features. This trial automatically renews into a paid subscription unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
